Warzelnia - a Harmony of Place

Warzelnia, a new investment in Poznań, is a unique complex of 100 loft suites. Its biggest advantage, apart from extraordinary architecture, is location - at the Browarny pond, in a scenic natural setting, and in direct proximity to the historic Mycielskie Brewery. The place will provide a shelter from noise for its inhabitants, whilst letting them enjoy the comfort of living in a city.

The Double Brand team was responsible for the entire process of designing the Brand Identity for this unique and prestigious brand, as well as the production of promotional and sales materials.
The result of our work was the Warzelnia logotype, a consistent key visual, which was implemented in an advertising brochure, press, web and outdoor ads, and promotional materials used at various prestigious events organized by the developer (such as theater plays or film festivals). The brochure (which, due to its format, has the form and length of an album) aimed to reflect the natural beauty of the place and present a realistic image of the investment. We succeeded at it by combining authentic photographs of the surroundings (which we also authored), 3D visuals, which accurately presented the final look of the development, and hand sketches. The publication was complemented by profiles of the architect and the director of Nickel Development.
In addition to that, we also ran an advertising campaign in the Malta shopping mall in Poznań. Apart from standard mediums provided by the shopping center, we used contextual areas around a fountain and benches, which, by connoting relaxation, were a natural match for the brand's character.
