ScanHoliday, a part of TUI Poland, is currently one of the most recognized brands on polish tourist market. Thinking of family clients the company have planned the campaign aimed at families with children and the assignment of creating graphic setting as well as the conception of the post sale campaign the company appointed to Double Brand Creative Agency.

One of the main tasks of the agency was designing materials contributing to the First Minute® offer sale intended for families with children, on account of FanScan Clubs. Double Brand designed the layout of the mini-catalogue in the form of “the personal travel journal” which presents the idea of Children Clubs and family holiday destinations. – Among numerous offers that we have received, designs of Double Brand were the closest to our brand vision. As the campaign is addressed to families with children, it was our desire to make the concept and designs appealing to adults and children as well. Double Brand has got the idea with the best understanding; they highlighted not only the fairytale character, but most of all emotions that accompany family holidays and vivid memories that last for ever – says Izabela Jurczewska, Marketing Communications Manger for ScanHoliday– Double Brand saw the idea from a child perspective who becomes the main addressee of the company message; and it is frequently the child perspective that makes parents take a decision concerning holiday offer. Engaging and original images of the Scanbo elephant and the stories about the mascot that were created in the Double Brand studio have only enriched the communication. Additionally, the designs have the potential for further development of the communication – she adds justifying the choice of the agency from Poznań.

Double Brand also designed different kinds of POS materials to be exposed at travel agencies that are coherent with the key visual of the campaign. Double Brand also prepared the ordered press adverts, internet banners as well as the email campaign addressed to the new and the regular customers.

Next stage of the campaign is planning and accomplishment of post sale campaign – both the concepts and designs that derive from the already functioning idea of the Little Travellers Map, which children are given in FanScan Clubs, nevertheless it is supplemented with another attractions and surprises invented in Double Brand studio.
